Where can I buy Kalpana Products?

We retail our products through exclusive company-owned stores across Delhi/NCR (India). For a list of Kalpana stores, click here. We also offer online sales through our Kalpana website at www.kalpana.net

How do I know you have received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email from Kalpana on the email address provided by you while placing the order.

How soon does Kalpana ship out orders?

Kalpana ships all orders, if followed by a working day, within 24 hours of receiving them. In case next day is Sunday/ public holiday, your order will be shipped on the following working day.

Where can I check my order status?

You can enquire your order status by calling us at +91-85955-33695 or by writing to us at support@kalpana.net or by entering tracking ID/AWB number received via email on our delivery partners website.

Is it safe to pay online for shopping at www.kalpana.net?

Kalpana does not store credit card information. Your credit card information remains safe with our payment solution provider - razorpay.

Shipping

What shipping charges do I have to pay?

Shipping within India is free at www.kalpana.net. For more details on shipping please refer to our shipping policy.

How soon will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 2-5 business working days. Some orders during busy seasons may take upto 7 days.

Do you ship outside India?

At present we ship only within India. In future, we hope to offer this service soon.

Can I place an order from outside India to be be delivered within India?

Yes, you can place an order online to be delivered within India as long as your mode of payment is accepted at our payments provider - Razorpay.

Will the entire order be shipped together?

Yes. We list only ready to ship items on www.kalpana.net. So, all items in your order will be shipped together.

Can different items be shipped to different addresses?

Different items cannot be shipped to different addresses. You may place separate orders in such a case.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

You cannot change your shipping address once the order is processed. Since, we list only ready to ship products on the website, our shipments are booked on the same day as the order.

Is there a return shipping fee?

Yes, incase of a return, ₹200/- is deducted from your payment as return shipping fee.

Do you pick up returns?

Yes, we do pickup returns. Returns are picked up within 2-7 days of return confirmation.

Payments & Billing

What payment modes are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards for domestic and international payments.

For domestic payments, UPI, bank transfers and wallet payments are also accepted.

COD is available for domestic deliveries upto ₹10,000/-

How will COD be refunded?

In case of returns, COD payments will be refunded as bank transfer to your bank account. Our support team will collect these details from you on email.

Can i place a COD order from outside India

Yes, you may place a COD order from outside India as long as delivery address is within India
