Kalpana uses the best carriers in the business (Delhivery | Shiprocket | Borzo) to make sure your order gets to you on time. You can see your item description, price and shipping time on the secure checkout page.
DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
We don’t ship outside India as of now. Please sign-up with our newsletter to stay updated for when we start shipping world wide.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST IN INDIA?

Shipping within India on non-discounted orders is free.

Shipping within India on discounted orders is free.
- Shipping within India charges ₹100/- for orders below ₹900/-

All prices on our site are displayed in Indian Rupee (INR), and will be charged in Indian Rupees. Shipping within India will take approximately 2-7 working days depending on what state and/or territory you live in.

Cash On Delivery is now available for orders below ₹15,000/- pan India.
WHAT IS SHIPPING TIME?
The 'Shipping Time' is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours after you place your order. While Kalpana aims to ship every order as quickly as possible, courier pickup delays may lead to longer Shipping time.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number.

In the rare case that we are unable to fulfil an order due to low product availability, we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service at support@kalpana.net or you can get in touch with us at our customer care number +91-85955-33695 which remains open 11am-6pm IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All domestic orders will take about 2-7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. For further information on the order status you can contact our customer service at support@kalpana.net .
HELP US FIGHT DELIVERY FRAUD.
Our packing process includes a 3 sticker security system.
Step 1: ITEM + DOCUMENTS is put into box. Box is taped. Warning Sticker is affixed on box ['Send us a video if outer Brown Paper Kalpana Packing is Missing.'].
Step 2: TAPED BOX is put into Tamper Proof Brown Kalpana Paper Envelope. Envelope is Cross Folded. Kalpana Stamp is affixed at four-fold top corner across three layers of the envelope. Paper envelope is sealed with tape. If tape is removed/opened: Envelope will tear, also, resealing will not be possible because of three layered stamp at top corner. Waring Sticker: ['Send us unpacking/unboxing video if: 1. Brown Paper pack looks tampered or broken. 2. If Stamp is misplaced or incomplete.']
Step 3: BRANDED TAMPER PROOF BROWN BAG is then packed intoShipping bag with Kalpana Stamp and warning sticker: ['Send us unpacking/ Unboxing Video if Kalpana Stamp is missing on White Shipping Envelope. No Fraud Complaints will be entertained without unboxing/unpacking video.']
